Memory Assessment Healthcare Professional

Tripod Nursing, a leading provider of high-quality healthcare services, is seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join their team in the North West region.
The successful candidate will have current NMC registration and specialist knowledge in dementia care and memory assessment services.
This is a full-time role that requires strong assessment and care planning skills, as well as the ability to implement evidence-based interventions and refer patients to relevant services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate plans, and develop strategies for dementia diagnosis.
- IDentify risk factors and prioritize patient safety and wellbeing.
- Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to colleagues.
- Maintain effective communication with GPs, non-statutory services, and other agencies.
- Support the team manager in overseeing care processes.
- Location: Morecambe
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 3 Months
- Estimated Salary: £35.00 per hour (£25.00 hourly rate for the client)
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
