Job Description

We are seeking a senior healthcare professional to lead our team and manage our service near Lancaster.

This role involves managing a small team within a 7 bedded service for adults with ABI and associated complex needs. The successful candidate will ensure that the health and wellbeing of the individuals and colleagues is at the forefront of what they do.

The role requires a strong focus on quality and governance, with a strong oversight of the service. Responsibilities include balancing operations with colleague annual leave, regular team meetings, and maintaining training compliance.

The successful candidate will empower the team to deliver outstanding support through high-quality electronic care plans and associated written documentation.

This role also requires registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a small team within a 7 bedded service for adults with ABI and associated complex needs.
• Ensure the health and wellbeing of the individuals and colleagues is at the forefront of what you do.
• Oversee quality and governance, ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations.
• Empower the team to deliver outstanding support through high-quality electronic care plans and associated written documentation.
• Registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Benefits
Estimated salary: £55,000 per annum

Requirements
• Experience of supporting adults with neurological conditions, learning disabilities, and/or complex needs.
• Good understanding of commercial and financial principles and practices.
• Preferably hold the Level 5 - Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be working towards this.
