Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in the North West region. This is a full-time role supporting dementia assessments and care planning.
This role requires strong assessment and care planning skills, as well as specialist knowledge in dementia care and memory assessment services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate plans, and develop strategies for dementia diagnosis.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and refer patients to relevant services.
- IDentify risk factors and prioritize patient safety and wellbeing.
- Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to colleagues.
- Maintain effective communication with GPs, non-statutory services, and other agencies.
- Support the team manager in overseeing care processes.
- Location: Morecambe
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 3 Months
- Estimated Salary: £35.00 per hour (£25.00 hourly rate for the client)
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
