Compensation PackageWe offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated hourly rate of £13.45 (based on 25 hours per week). Additionally, you will receive mileage reimbursement at 40p per mile and contract hours from day one.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live happy, independent lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care, medication management, and daily household tasks.
- Promoting independence by encouraging clients to participate in activities and engage with their community.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. A good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills is also essential.
