We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of community support workers in Lancaster and Morecambe. As a dedicated support worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those who need your help.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £11.75 per hour for standard hours, rising to £15 per hour for evening shifts and £12.50 per hour for weekend work. We offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time and full-time options, to accommodate your needs and commitments.
