Senior Support Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our home care team as a Senior Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their well-being and independence are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional care and support skills to the team.
- Assist in training new support workers and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure their growth and development.
- Monitor and review care plans, ensuring they reflect the needs of the clients and report any changes or issues.
- Participate in a shared on-call rota, providing support to staff and helping manage any unplanned absences.
Requirements
- A passion for care and excellent communication skills.
