We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve amazing outcomes and reach their full potential.

  • Therapeutic Approach: We take a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare, focusing on the individual needs of each young person.

Key Requirements: A Full driving licence issued in the UK, applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions, prior experience in a children's care role is desirable, and values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
