Make a Difference in a Child's Life

Esland Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our therapeutic care team, you will provide outstanding support and care to young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing and supportive care to young people in our residential setting
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote therapeutic outcomes
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• A Full driving licence issued in the UK
• Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
• Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
• Values in line with Esland Care's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
• Aged 21 or above
