Residential Care Assistant Opportunity in Morecambe
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Woodhill House Residential Care Home in Morecambe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to older adults, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being.
This is a permanent, part-time position with 17.5 hours per week, working on a rotational shift pattern of 15:30-21:00, covering Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday.
About the Role
- Competitive Salary: £24,027-£24,404 per annum pro rata (estimated)
- Excellent Training Opportunities: We will provide comprehensive training and support to enable you to work competently against The Care Certificate standards.
- Supportive Team Environment: Our committed team provides care to over 1,000 adults across Lancashire, supporting older people, adults living with dementia, and their families.
