About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Consultant to join our team in Lancaster and Morecambe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to older adults in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist mental health assessments and treatments for older adults with complex needs.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community groups and organizations to promote mental health awareness.
Requirements
  • MHCW or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with older adults and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is £105,504 - £139,882 per year, offering a competitive package of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Location

This role is based in Lancaster and Morecambe, with regular travel required to meet with patients and stakeholders across the region.
