  • Care Planning: Welcome new clients, complete assessments, and create care plans that cater to their individual needs.

  • Safeguarding: Promote and safeguard the wellbeing of service users, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

**Requirements:**

  • Customer Focus: We seek a customer-focused professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care while achieving business objectives.
  • Leadership Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, able to plan, implement, and assess ideas to improve the lives of our service users.
  • Practical Skills: A driving license and access to a car are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel between locations.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • Salary: £28,392 per annum (based on 40 hours @ £13.65 per hour)
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Paid at 40p per mile
  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including protected days/time off, company phone, laptop, free DBS, and uniform.
  • Remuneration Frequency: Paid every 4 weeks (plus same-day pay available)
