The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with neurological conditions, learning disabilities, and/or complex needs.

Job Description:

  • As the leader of your services, your primary role is to ensure the health and wellbeing of individuals and colleagues.
  • You will be responsible for quality and governance, striving to deliver outstanding quality across services.
  • A strong oversight of operations is essential, ensuring balance with colleagues taking annual leave and regular team meetings.
  • You will empower teams to deliver outstanding support through high-quality electronic care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous CQC registration.
  • A good understanding of commercial and financial principles and practices.
  • Level 5 – Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
