Leadership Role for Care Professionals

We are seeking a Leadership Role for Care Professionals to manage our care service in Lancaster. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package and excellent benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting adults with neurological conditions, learning disabilities, and complex needs. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and develop their team, as well as develop strong relationships with external stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and is looking to take on a leadership role. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a small team within a 7-bedded service
- Ensuring quality and governance standards are met
- Developing and implementing effective care plans
- Building strong relationships with families and external professionals
We offer a supportive working environment, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a competitive salary range of £42,000-£52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
