Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Leadership Role or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
