Leadership Role in ABI Support

We are seeking a leadership professional to manage our service near Lancaster. This role involves leading a small team within a 7 bedded service for adults with ABI and associated complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the health and wellbeing of the individuals and colleagues is at the forefront of what they do. They will oversee quality and governance, ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities include empowering the team to deliver outstanding support through high-quality electronic care plans and associated written documentation.
This role also requires registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Responsibilities
• Lead a small team within a 7 bedded service for adults with ABI and associated complex needs.

What We Offer
Estimated salary: £55,000 per annum
