Care Manager Position Near Lancaster

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to manage our service near Lancaster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of people with complex needs arising from learning disability, mental health or ABI.
Responsibilities: As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring that high-quality care is provided to our residents. You will also be responsible for managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in care management, preferably with experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or acquired brain injuries. You must also have excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and their families.
Benefits: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a generous pension scheme, and a supportive working environment.
