Salary and BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated hourly rate of £14.19 (based on 30 hours per week). Additionally, you will receive mileage reimbursement at 40p per mile and contract hours from day one.
Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is for a Care Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in Lancaster and Morecambe. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
- Promoting independence and encouraging clients to participate in activities.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. A good standard of English, numeracy, and digital skills is also essential.
