Job Summary

beBee Professionals in Morecambe is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs. This role involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement individualized education plans and monitor progress, providing regular feedback to students and teachers.
  • Support students with special needs to ensure they achieve their full potential, promoting independence and self-confidence.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs, with a proven track record of supporting students to achieve their goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals.
