Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Specialist to join our team at Cornerstone. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs in Dumbarton.

In this role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement personalized support plans, promoting independence, social participation, and overall well-being for the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and care to adults with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Collaborate with the individual's families, guardians, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support and coordination of care.
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting adults with complex needs.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities or in a forensic service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to shift patterns and occasional weekend work.

- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
