Adult Support Specialist

We are seeking motivated individuals to work as Complex Care Practitioners in Dumbarton. This is a permanent full-time or part-time opportunity, with relief contracts also available for those preferring a more flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with complex care needs to live independently in their own flats.
- Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and guardians to create robust and outcome-focused support plans.
- Manage daily tasks, such as cooking, supporting activities, managing finances, assisting with medication, and personal care.
About the Position
This role requires experience in providing care and support within the Health & Social Care sector, with confidence in lone working and managing challenging behaviors. A commitment to studying for an SVQ (SCQF level 7) and completing necessary training and qualifications is expected. We will fund and support your studies, as well as reimburse your yearly SSSC registration fees.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. Successful candidates must join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and commit to an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare. We value work-life balance and offer flexibility where possible.
