Job Description
The Complex Care Support Specialist will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs. This will involve working collaboratively with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders to develop and implement support plans. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of the importance of dignity and respect in care provision.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care provision
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Comprehensive training, including an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare, is also provided.
