About the Role

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Complex Care Lead Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Complex Care Practitioners, ensuring they deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.

  • Experience of managing people and teams
  • Effective leadership and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of what it takes to run an effective service within the Health & Social Care sector
  • Delivering values-led and person-centred practice for individuals with complex support needs
  • Proven experience of working with supported individuals displaying challenging behaviours
  • Sound knowledge of SSSC Codes of Practice and Health & Social Care Standards
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with service users, families and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead others and work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of professional boundaries, accountabilities and responsibilities
  • SVQ Social Services & Healthcare Level 7 qualification or equivalent
