Care Services Manager

Salary
The salary for this part-time post will be pro-rata to the number of hours worked, with an estimated annual salary of £15,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
Job Description
This exciting opportunity allows you to work within our older people day services, promoting individuals' health and well-being while maintaining independence. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure maximum outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that service users receive high-quality care. A robust knowledge of current relevant legislation and experience within a care environment are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess or be working towards a management and relevant care qualification. Previous experience in a management role would be beneficial.
You must also have a strong understanding of person-centred approaches and be able to promote individuals' health and well-being.
