Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Care Specialist to join our team based in the West Dunbartonshire area. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, providing high-quality care and support to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the management team
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual client needs
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications and training in care, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with adults or children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (for some shifts)
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including free PVG registration, dedicated consultant support, referral bonuses, and access to 'off-contract' roles.
