As a key member of the team, they will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive remuneration strategy that attracts and retains top talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a compensation structure that reflects market conditions and industry standards
- Designing and implementing benefit programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating with the CHRO to ensure strategic alignment and goal achievement
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
