Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally native individual to lead our Personal Shopping team in our largest UK Flagship store in Leeds. The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion, social media, and customer service, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate online and social media purchase leads across all Flannels e-commerce and social media channels
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online, engaging with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales
  • Engage with customers, respond to customer comments and requests online, and create and maintain customer profiles via Flannels' clienteling tool
  • Build and own a personal client book, researching and sourcing products to satisfy clients' requests and needs
  • Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries
  • Contribute to Personal Shopping, Stylist, and Social Media & Marketing team events
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide feedback on client trends
  • Ensure timely outreach to all clients and act as an advocate for Flannels, ensuring company philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients
  • Achieve yearly targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Fashion or Marketing degree, or a previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector, ideally in customer service roles
  • Social media interest and first-hand experience in navigating different social channels
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Foreign language knowledge is a plus
  • Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base
  • Strong work ethic and natural ability to think outside the box and problem solve to strict deadlines
  • An eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills
  • Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market
  • Proficient in MS office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system
