Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Tom Ford team as a Luxury Beauty Ambassador. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about luxury beauty and has excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to work well in a team environment and provide outstanding support to customers in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to all customers.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about new products and launches.
  • To contribute to the creation of engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays.
  • To work variable hours, including weekends and bank holidays, and to be flexible with regards to working hours.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week, plus commission scheme eligibility, annual leave and family leave, product discount/staff product concession monthly credit spend allowance, mental health wellbeing initiatives, benefits platform with exclusive discounts and offers, and extensive training and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for luxury beauty and excellent communication skills.
  • An approachable and friendly demeanor, with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Previous beauty/fragrance experience is desirable but not essential.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and provide outstanding support to customers.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
