Luxury Fashion Retail Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Fashion Retail Manager to head up our Personal Shopping team based in our largest UK Flagship store in the heart of Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate online and social media purchase leads across all Flannels E-com and social media channels
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online, engaging with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales
  • Engage with customers, respond to customer comments and requests online, and create social media content
  • Connect directly with clients to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries, and sell desired items
  • Research, source, and find products to satisfy clients' requests and needs
  • Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries
  • Contribute to Personal Shopping/Stylist/Social Media & Marketing team events

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fashion or Marketing degree, or previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector, ideally in customer service roles
  • Social media interest and first-hand experience in navigating different social channels
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base
  • Strong work ethic and ability to think outside the box and problem solve to strict deadlines
