About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our Personal Shopping team as a Luxury Fashion Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through personalized shopping services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate online and social media purchase leads, ensuring seamless customer interactions across all Flannels e-commerce and social media channels.
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online, engaging with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales.
  • Engage with customers, respond to comments and requests online, and create personalized shopping experiences through social media, special promotions, and talent takeovers.
  • Connect directly with clients to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries, and sell desired items, building and maintaining a personal client book.
  • Research, source, and find products to satisfy clients' requests and needs, ensuring timely outreach and follow-up.
  • Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries, contributing to Personal Shopping, Stylist, Social Media & Marketing team events.
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide feedback on client trends.

Requirements

  • Fashion or Marketing degree, or previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector, ideally in customer service roles.
  • Social media interest and first-hand experience navigating different social channels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base.
  • Strong work ethic, natural ability to think outside the box, and problem-solving skills to strict deadlines.
  • An eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system.
