Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Luxury Personal Shopper to join our team at our flagship store in Leeds. As a key member of our Personal Shopping team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through personalized shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate online and offline purchase leads, ensuring seamless customer interactions across all channels.
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online, engaging with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales.
  • Engage with customers, respond to comments and requests online, and create personalized shopping experiences.
  • Connect directly with clients to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries, and sell desired items.
  • Create and maintain customer profiles using our clienteling tool.
  • Build and own a personal client book, driving sales growth and customer retention.
  • Research, source, and find products to satisfy clients' requests and needs.
  • Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries.
  • Contribute to Personal Shopping, Stylist, and Social Media & Marketing team events.
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide feedback on client trends.
  • Ensure timely outreach to all clients.
  • Act as an advocate for Flannels, ensuring company philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients and extends across business internally.
  • Achieve yearly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fashion or Marketing degree, or previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector.
  • Social media interest and first-hand experience in navigating different social channels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base.
  • Strong work ethic and natural ability to think outside the box and problem solve to strict deadlines.
  • An eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills are essential.
  • Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Proficient in MS office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system.
