About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Luxury Personal Shopper at our flagship store in Leeds. As a key member of our Personal Shopping team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized shopping experiences to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate online and social media purchase leads, ensuring seamless communication with clients across all Flannels e-commerce and social media channels.
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online, engaging with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales.
  • Engage with customers, respond to comments and requests online, and create and maintain customer profiles via Flannels' clienteling tool.
  • Build and own a personal client book, researching and sourcing products to satisfy clients' requests and needs.
  • Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries, contributing to Personal Shopping/Stylist/Social Media & Marketing team events.
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide feedback on client trends.
  • Ensure timely outreach to all clients, acting as an advocate for Flannels and upholding company philosophy in all interactions.
  • Achieve yearly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fashion or Marketing degree, or previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector, ideally in customer service roles.
  • Social media interest and experience navigating different social channels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base.
  • Strong work ethic, natural ability to think outside the box, and problem-solving skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • An eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system.
