Job Title: Luxury Fashion Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Luxury Fashion Consultant to join our team at Flannels. As a key member of our Personal Shopping team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate online and social media purchase leads across all Flannels e-com and social media channels
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online, engaging with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales
  • Engage with customers, respond to customer comments and requests online, and create and maintain customer profiles via Flannels' clienteling tool
  • Build and own a personal client book, researching and sourcing products to satisfy clients' requests and needs
  • Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries
  • Contribute to Personal Shopping/Stylist/Social Media & Marketing team events and work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and feedback on client trends

Requirements:

  • Fashion or Marketing degree, or previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector
  • Social media interest and first-hand experience in navigating different social channels
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base
  • Strong work ethic, natural ability to think outside the box, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system
