About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Luxury Personal Shopper at our flagship store in Leeds. As a key member of our Personal Shopping team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized shopping experiences to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate online and social media purchase leads, ensuring seamless communication with clients across all Flannels e-commerce and social media channels.
- Conduct shopping opportunities online, engaging with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales.
- Engage with customers, respond to comments and requests online, and create and maintain customer profiles via Flannels' clienteling tool.
- Build and own a personal client book, researching and sourcing products to satisfy clients' requests and needs.
- Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries, contributing to Personal Shopping and Stylist team events.
- Work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide feedback on client trends.
- Ensure timely outreach to all clients, acting as an advocate for Flannels and upholding company philosophy in all interactions.
- Achieve yearly targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to think outside the box.
Requirements
- Fashion or Marketing degree, or previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector, ideally in customer service roles.
- Social media interest and experience navigating different social channels.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
- Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base.
- Strong work ethic, natural problem-solving ability, and eye for detail.
- Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system.
