Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally native Luxury Personal Shopping Lead to head up our team based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating online and social media purchase leads, conducting shopping opportunities online, engaging with customers, and creating and maintaining customer profiles via Flannels' clienteling tool.

About the Role

The Digital Personal Shopping team is a core support system of FLANNELS' new Personal Shopping business. As a Luxury Personal Shopping Lead, you will use strong customer service, product knowledge, and commercial skills to boost customer spend, grow customer engagement, and drive customer retention. You will be the face of FLANNELS' new Personal Shopping business and play a key role in driving awareness of the brand's offering through the lens of New Luxury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all online and social media purchase leads across all Flannels E-com and social media channels
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online, talking directly with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales
  • Engage with customers, respond to customer comments and requests online, and create and maintain customer profiles via Flannels' clienteling tool
  • Build and own a personal client book, research, source, and find products to satisfy clients' requests and needs
  • Maintain timely outreach to all clients and act as an advocate of Flannels, ensuring company philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients and extends across business internally

Requirements

  • Fashion or Marketing degree, or a previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector ideally in customer service roles (as a plus)
  • Social media interest and first-hand experience in navigating different social channels
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Foreign language knowledge is a plus, deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base
  • A strong work ethic and natural ability to think outside the box and problem solve to strict deadlines, eye for detail, and outstanding organisational skills
