Job Title: Luxury Personal Shopping Lead

Frasers Group is seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to lead our luxury personal shopping team in our Leeds flagship store. As a Luxury Personal Shopping Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our high-net-worth clients.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all online and social media purchase leads, across all Frasers Group e-commerce and social media channels.
  • Conduct shopping opportunities online, engaging with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales.
  • Engage with customers, respond to customer comments and requests online, and participate in social media promotions and events.
  • Connect directly with clients to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries, and sell desired items.
  • Research, source, and find products to satisfy clients' requests and needs.
  • Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries.
  • Contribute to personal shopping, stylist, and social media & marketing team events.
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and provide feedback on client trends.
  • Ensure timely outreach to all clients.
  • Act as an advocate of Frasers Group, ensuring company philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients and extends across business internally.
  • Achieve yearly targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Fashion or marketing degree, or previous experience in the luxury consumer retail sector, ideally in customer service roles.
  • Social media interest and first-hand experience navigating different social channels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high-net-worth client base.
  • Strong work ethic and natural ability to think outside the box and problem-solve to strict deadlines.
  • An eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills are essential.
  • Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Proficient in MS office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system.

Additional Information:

This is a store-based role, based at our Leeds Frasers Group location, 5 days over 7, including a variety of working hours, including evenings and weekend work.
