The Frasers Group Personal Shopping division seeks a dynamic, digitally savvy individual with a passion for fashion, social media, and community engagement, complemented by exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities. The Digital Personal Shopping team serves as a vital support system for our new Personal Shopping initiative. The ideal candidate will leverage outstanding customer service, product expertise, and commercial acumen to enhance customer spending, foster engagement, and promote retention. Central to this role is the commitment to elevate awareness of the Frasers Group offerings through the lens of New Luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all online and social media purchase inquiries across various Frasers Group e-commerce and social platforms.
  • Facilitate online shopping experiences, engaging directly with clients through chat-based communication to fulfill product requests and finalize sales.
  • Interact with customers, addressing comments and inquiries online (via social media, exclusive online promotions, and special events).
  • Connect with clients to inspire fashion choices, respond to inquiries, and sell desired products.
  • Create and maintain detailed customer profiles using Frasers Group's client management tools.
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio.
  • Research and source products to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Ensure timely communication and responses to all client inquiries.
  • Contribute to Personal Shopping, Stylist, and Marketing team events.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience and provide feedback on client trends.
  • Maintain proactive outreach to all clients.
  • Act as a representative of Frasers Group, ensuring that the company’s philosophy is reflected in all client interactions and internal communications.
  • Achieve annual performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Fashion or Marketing, or prior experience in the luxury retail sector, particularly in customer service roles.
  • Interest in social media and experience navigating various platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English) along with strong customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury products and a high-net-worth clientele.
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to think creatively and solve problems under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
  • A keen interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and client management systems.
