Beauty Consultant, Luxury Skincare Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful relationships with discerning clients? As a Beauty Consultant at La Prairie, you will be our Maison Ambassador, ensuring a delightful and personalized skincare luxury service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve business objectives through effective client relationships and product knowledge.
  • Guarantee retail excellence and maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards.
  • Create a deep connection with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
  • Proactively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalized 1:1 luxury and professional service.
  • Maintain relationships through engaging clients using La Prairie Clienteling tools and systems.
  • Stay knowledgeable on all products, conveying heritage, skin science, and benefits in a relevant way to clients.
  • Ensure exceptional service through encouraging product application on counter or within the cabin.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional service mindset and strong retail experience.
  • Real passion for beauty and skincare, with an affinity for luxury and a drive for excellence.
  • Strong business acumen to drive sales and go beyond business objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial, audacious, and dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and client-centric customer service.
  • Ability to build relationships throughout the store to find new opportunities and be a great team player.
