Job Title: Beauty Consultant, Harvey Nichols, Leeds

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized skincare experiences? We are seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team at Harvey Nichols, Leeds.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, ensuring a delightful and exceptional service experience.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is provided to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering personalized experiences.
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date with new products and launches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and driving business growth.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with a minimum of 2 days per week.
