About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Apetito Limited. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take telephone and internet orders from customers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Make outbound courtesy calls to customers, building strong relationships and providing personalized support.
  • Support drivers with route planning and ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Update customer records and communicate with customer relatives as required.
  • Provide customers with clear guidance on product usage, storage, and reordering.
  • Prepare promotional literature and communicate new product information to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve our service proposition.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the elderly or care market.
  • Confident computer skills, including order management and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
  • GCSE Maths and English standard or equivalent.
