Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our hospice team in [Location]. As a Staff Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Delivering high-quality nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in palliative care
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and implementing best practices

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £28,834 - £35,099 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and life assurance. We also offer flexible working arrangements and ongoing education and training opportunities.
