Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care in a community setting
  • Maintain and develop skills in areas such as palliative care, chronic disease management, and wound management

The successful applicant must have a strong understanding of community health services, with experience in a variety of clinical skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements
  • UK NMC registration and a Diploma/Degree/Masters qualification in Community Health Services (CHS)
  • Working towards a Supplementary Nurse Prescriber qualification

The estimated salary for this position is £27.50-£37.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
