Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Order entry team to provide updates on customer orders and resolving any issues that may arise
Investigating and responding to customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
Supporting marketing campaigns by making follow-up calls and emails to customers
Reviewing sales data to identify target opportunities for our account managers
Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance our service to customers

Requirements

2 years of customer service experience
Experience working with sales teams
Highly computer literate across Microsoft Office applications
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
Self-motivated team worker with a flexible attitude and ability to organize tasks and work to deadlines
