The Donor Services Team:
The Donor Services Administration team is responsible for providing administration support in all areas of donor services. We work to ensure patient and donor safety by following clinical and quality standards and procedures.

The Job:
As a Donor Services Support Officer, you will provide clerical and administrative support in all areas of Donor Services. You will work as part of a team to ensure essential information is accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing administration support in all areas of Donor Services
• Participating in the delivery of excellent service to donors and members of the public
• Ensuring accurate data input and record-keeping
• Working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with a customer-focused approach, who is organized and adaptable. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software packages.
