Industrial Recruitment Account Manager

Proactive Global is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients in the global manufacturing, industrial, and automation sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure growth, delivery, and fill-rate on your accounts.
- Work closely with the Client Engagement team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve objectives.
- Manage your account portfolio, including securing job vacancies and providing clear and concise overviews to the Talent Attraction team.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and job-to-fill ratios are optimised.
- Utilise internal and external customer portals and systems to manage your accounts effectively.
- Provide market advice to clients on current market conditions and market rates.
- Effectively manage your Delivery team to ensure excellent customer service and positive candidate relationships.
- Develop and implement proactive progression plans to support your team's growth and development.
- Previous experience in recruitment is desirable.
- Hybrid working arrangements available.
