Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the full business development cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Design and implement innovative sales and marketing proposals to generate growth.
- Work closely with our recruitment consultants to align client needs with candidate placements.
- Develop strategic partnerships and grow the company's profile in target industries.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform your approach.
We are looking for a proactive, self-starter who is motivated by success and thrives on achieving targets. You will have experience in business development or sales, ideally within the recruitment industry (or similar), but what's most important is your ability to win new business and maintain excellent relationships.
