We are looking for a highly motivated Fit-out Business Development Executive to join our team at Coel, a leading commercial design and fit-out company. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of local markets in Oxfordshire. You will be expected to work closely with our marketing team to develop target lists and attend networking events to build the local profile of Coel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and nurture new business opportunities to generate leads.
  2. Manage and qualify inbound leads in your region.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  5. Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  6. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop target lists.
  7. Attend networking events and meetings to build local profile of COEL.
  8. Report on BD activities including contacts, meetings, leads.
