Account Development Executive

Technia is seeking a talented Inside Sales Executive to join our team, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and development. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within assigned accounts, and for building strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs.
This is a hybrid role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can use a data-driven approach to identify new prospect customers and accounts within targeted industries. You will work closely with the sales organisation to accelerate the business's go-to-market strategy, and will be expected to use analytical thinking to drive sales decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in generating leads and sales opportunities through cold calls, marketing leads, social media, and other channels. A competitive salary of around £38,000-£48,000 per annum, plus benefits such as private medical insurance and cycle to work scheme, make this a highly attractive offer for any motivated sales professional.
