Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Process Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assurance and control reviews for Insurer Services, including supplier components. This will involve ensuring visibility and effectiveness of controls and assurance activities, implementing preventative controls to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, coordinating regulatory initiatives and deep dive reviews, and creating and maintaining reports for Insurer Services assurance and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assurance and control reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of assurance activities
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on assurance and control activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of assurance and control requirements, particularly in the insurance industry
  • Experience in risk management and quality control, with a focus on process improvement
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
