Job Summary:

The Sterling Choice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on a night shift basis. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting micro testing and foreign body checks to ensure product quality and safety
  • Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborating with the technical team to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to meet industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a food industry QA role
  • Proven track record of ensuring high-quality products and processes
  • Strong knowledge of BRC and other industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
