Elderly Support Coordinator

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure our residents receive exceptional care. You will also be expected to supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support when needed.
This role requires NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training and development opportunities.
